Welcome to Leadiorantia, your partner in director training & coaching. By accessing or using our site at leadiorantia.com, you agree to comply with these terms. Please read carefully.

2. Services

Leadiorantia offers personalized coaching sessions, group workshops, and assessment programs designed for directors and executive leaders. Details of each offering are provided on our site. Each engagement is confirmed upon payment of the applicable fee.

3. Infoproducts

Our infoproducts include digital workbooks, recorded webinars, and e-guides available for purchase and download. Access is granted immediately upon confirmation.

4. Goods

We may offer physical materials such as printed workbooks and branded supplies. All goods are shipped from our Toronto office.

5. Refund Policy

5.1 Services

Clients may request to reschedule coaching sessions up to 7 days before the scheduled date. Cancellations made at least 7 days in advance are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations within 7 days are non-refundable due to resource commitments. Refunds, when applicable, are processed within 14 days to the original payment method. Alternatively, clients may transfer the session to another date or participant.

5.2 Infoproducts

Since digital materials are delivered instantly, we do not offer refunds once the products have been downloaded or accessed. Exceptions may be made in case of technical issues reported within 14 days of purchase. Approved refunds are issued via the original payment method or provided as a voucher for future purchases.

5.3 Goods

Physical items can be sent back within 30 days of delivery. Sent-back items must be in original condition and packaging. Clients are responsible for shipping costs unless the item is defective. Refunds are processed within 14 days of receipt of sent-back goods to the original payment method.

6. Changes to Terms

We may revise these terms at any time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
